Photoshoot at Hammet House....

A couple of weeks ago Owen Howells Photography,  Amrie  Duckett MUA, two beautiful models and lots of gowns and accessories descended on the stunning Hammet  House Hotel.

Owen, Amrie and I have done quite a few shoots together in the past so it was fantastic to get together again with lots of fab ideas in this achingly cool venue.

Owen and Ella Richardson, a photographer and Iron Woman (!), arrived early to set up to take some shots of the rooms in preparation for the day ahead.

I arrived with bags, dress carriers amazing flowers by my talented Auntie and Cousin in Next Door Florists Narberth and a bag of balloons (more about them later!).

Then the models arrived. Coral had worked with us previously but Megan had not worked with the team before so it was great to chat and get on with hair and make-up. I had my trusty curling wand and loads of hairspray and set about creating the look for the day - relaxed, cool, bohemian glamour....

Amrie did her magic with the makeup and Megan was ready to put on the first gown - SAFFRON by Annasul Y.

The gown is a soft tulle with embroidered detail of French lace. We accessorised it with a lace trim veil and beautiful Flo & Percy "Legend of the Fall" headpiece and Rachel Simpson shoes.

The gown was complemented by the amazing hydrangea bouquet - simple and oh so elegant.

Along with the gown we do stock lots of lovely and affordable accessories and the fantastic Twobirds Bridesmaids range which offers THE most flattering gowns in stunning colours.

Next it was time for the beautiful Coral to put on the stunning ORCHID by Annasul Y this gown has such a wow back perfectly framed by the huge windows at Hammet House.

The flowers by Next Door.....

Megan put on the quintessential ESME gown by Jenny Packham - love the huge elaborate mirror!

We moved out of the bedrooms to the amazing downstairs space where Coral modelled EDEN by Jenny Packham in Platinum. I love the contrast of the pink chair and her shimmering gown in the bar of the hotel.

Moving on to my favourite image from the shoot - I LOVE the quirky contrast between the stunning bride and the curtains in the Hammet House ballroom. The balloons make it feels a little bit surreal.

We then moved outside, it was a glorious afternoon and we made the most of the stunning grounds...

The next gown was TILLY by Jenny Packham worn with a bespoke veil by HM Veils.  It created a
magical bohemian look.

The back of TILLY is so delicate and pretty with the pearl drop detail and fine caplet feel of the sleeves.

The blossom trees were in full bloom on the drive of the house  Megan wearing PEARL by Annasul Y

And finally as the sun was setting Owen shot Coral in the beaded lace PASSION FLOWER by Annasul Y with a stunning silky veil.

Thank you to all those who were part of this fantastic photo shoot. I love the images and hope you do too.
